District Medical Group (DMG) includes primary care providers (PCP) to treat the whole family – from infants through senior adults and geriatrics. Supporting patients at locations across the Valley, a DMG PCP is nearby to support your health and well-being, help you manage chronic conditions and treat minor illnesses and injuries.

DMG primary care providers include:

Family medicine: DMG includes physicians and nurse practitioners caring for patients of all ages. Our family practice providers are available at Valleywise Health locations to support the health of your family.
Internal medicine: Serving adults of all ages, DMG internal medicine physicians and advanced practitioners are specially trained to support active adults, seniors and geriatric patients. DMG internists care for adult patients at Valleywise Health locations across the Phoenix metropolitan area.
Pediatric primary care: DMG pediatricians and pediatric nurse practitioners partner with you to help your child- from newborns to teenagers- get healthy and stay as healthy as possible. DMG offers pediatric primary care at Valleywise Health locations across Maricopa County. In addition, family medicine physicians and many advanced practitioners also serve the primary care needs of children of all ages.
