District Medical Group (DMG) podiatrists treat patients of all ages to address foot and ankle problems that are causing pain and/or mobility issues, or impacting activity.  Treatment may include non-surgical and surgical options to manage foot and ankle conditions including:

  • Achilles

  • Ankle sprains

  • Athlete’s foot

  • Bunion and hammertoe

  • Capsulitis (an overuse injury causing toe inflammation)

  • Club foot and tarsal coalitions

  • Excision of soft tissue masses

  • Fracture reduction and fixes (resetting broken bones)

  • Painful flat foot or high arches

  • Plantar fasciitis (the most common heel pain)

  • Surgical reconstruction

  • Tendonitis

  • Warts

  • Wound care, including:

    Diabetic foot care and ulceration
    Pressure ulceration
    Repair of weakened bones, joints, and soft tissue (Charcot reconstruction)
    Skin grafts
    Treatment of leg ulcers
