Personal History and Interests
A member of the United States Navy, Charlotte Hughes, MD, MPH has more than 10 years’ medical experience and completed medical school and her residency at military institutions. She continues to support the military as an assistant professor at Uniformed Services University School of Medicine in Bethesda, Maryland, where she completed medical school.
Prior to her medical education and training, Dr. Hughes earned a Master of Public Health from the University of Albany in New York and subsequently had a one year health initiatives internship at General Electric.
She is a member of the American Association of Otolaryngology– Head and Neck Surgery and the American Neurotology Society.
