DMG employs physicians and mid-level providers who staff and practice in a 450-bed hospital that includes a level 1 Adult and Pediatric Trauma Center, the Arizona Burn Center, Arizona Children's Center, Comprehensive Healthcare Center and 12 corresponding outpatient clinics.

DMG physicians are the teaching faculty for multiple residency/fellowships hosted at MMC. Specialty services employed run the full spectrum from Ambulatory Care to Surgical sub-specialties. Clinical departments include Anesthesia, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, Pathology, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, Radiology, and Urgent Care.
